Product Changes
- Deductible Change - The 150/250 program is now the 200/400 program. We still offer the 250/500 or the 450/750 options. With the split deductible, the higher deductible applies to the perils of wind, hail and flood. Still competitive, and manageable for your customers.
- New Endorsement - TX-100 Builders Risk. We now offer a builders risk endorsement on land home deals, which will go into effect as soon as the home is delivered and tied down. (Excludes Flood)
- Commercial Rental - We are now offering coverage to those customers who own manufactured homes that are renting them to others, and do not meet the courtesy rental definition
- New, easy to use user interface.
If you have problems downloading or installing WebQuoter 1.0, contact Kirk or Linda at 800-522-0146.
