We offer you three convenient ways to check the status of your claim. You may call us, fax us, or report your claim online.

  • Call our Claims department during normal business hours (8:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST, Monday - Friday) 800-522-0146
  • Fax a request for the status of your claim to 830-629-3468

It helps to have the following information ready when you check the status of a claim.

  • Your policy number
  • The date the loss happened
  • The policyholder's name and address
  • If possible, please include a telephone number where we can contact you

In Texas, Standard Casualty Company reinsures the mobile home owner's policy written through Standard Insurance Agency, Inc. Some policies may be issued through our affiliates.
