Standard Casualty Company has been protecting homeowners and their investment in manufactured homes for over 40 years from our Texas office. Many of our employees and management have been here for over 20 years, so we have plenty of hands-on experience. We draw from our strong experience in the insurance, financial, and retail regions of the factory built housing industry. Our President, Bill Kotylo, was Chairman of the Texas Manufactured Housing Association (TMHA) for 1 year and served on the board for 6 years. The THMA is the oversight committee for the manufactured housing industry in the state of Texas.
