It helps to have the following information ready when you submit a claim.
- Your policy number
- The date the loss happened
- The policyholder's name and address
- A description of what happened
- If possible, please include a telephone number where we can contact you
When you fill out and submit our online claim form with Standard Casualty Company, we'll document the information on our system. A member of our claim staff will contact you to let you know what will happen next.
