We understand this is a very stressful time during this COVID-19 virus.  Here at Standard we are available for all of your insurance needs.  From Claims to Customer Service to buying a new policy, we are here for you. 
We adjusted to the pandemic very quickly in March and we still remain available for all of your insurance needs.

  • We continue to remain focused on our employees and are taking the necessary precautions to ensure their safety. Standard's technology infrastructure allows us to continue to perform all operations from our local office or remotely with little to no potential disruption.
  • Standard Casualty will remain open with full support to our agents and customers Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CDT. Ph: 800-522-0146
  • Claims will continue to be processed and paid in a timely manner.
  • Binders, Renewals, Cancellations and Payments will continue to be processed expediently.

We’ve Prepared

Early on, Standard Casualty Company was keeping a close watch on the unfolding pandemic as COVID-19 made its way through Asia and Europe. As a result, when the virus first hit the shores of the US, we were prepared to take action, implementing safety measures that would keep our company safe and secure.

We’ve invested in expanding our infrastructure to ensure that we are able to provide great service to our customers. As a result, Standard Casualty Company didn’t skip a beat. Our customers continue to receive the high-quality service they’ve grown accustomed to receiving.

Care and Preventative Measures

The health and safety of our employees is important to us. We’ve been able to minimize exposure to COVID-19 by providing a secure, remote work environment. We’ve limited the number of employees that are working in office to a number where proper social distancing practices can be followed. As an added layer of protection, our company offices are being deep cleaned nightly.

Claim Management

During this time, our Claims Department has been able to provide the same speedy and thorough service that has earned them a 98% Customer Satisfaction Index in the month of April! Our Adjusters have been able to perform their roles servicing customers while maintaining safe practices to keep our customers safe.
