Update from May 5, 2021
With COVID cases, subsequent hospitalizations dropping, and vaccine availability increasing, many of Standard Casualty Company employees are heading back to our offices to work in person. We continue to remain safe by adhering closely to CDC guidelines for safe workplaces.

We adjusted to the pandemic very quickly in March, 2020, and we still remain available for all of your insurance needs.
Early on, Standard Casualty Company was keeping a close watch on the unfolding pandemic as COVID-19 made its way through Asia and Europe. As a result, when the virus first hit the shores of the US, we were prepared to take action, implementing safety measures that would keep our company safe and secure.
We’ve invested in expanding our infrastructure to ensure that we are able to provide great service to our customers. As a result, Standard Casualty Company didn’t skip a beat. Our customers continue to receive the high-quality service they’ve grown accustomed to receiving.
During this time, our Claims Department has been able to provide the same speedy and thorough service that has earned them a 98% Customer Satisfaction Index in the month of April! Our Adjusters have been able to perform their roles servicing customers while maintaining safe practices to keep our customers safe.
We continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments as needed to help keep everyone safe. Our top priority is providing our customers with the reliable protection they need for their homes. During these uncertain times, Standard Casualty Company remains Strong and Stable.
